This guide will outline our standard operating policies to make the web design process run as smooth as possible for you.  To take advantage of our Craigslist special we ask for the design payment in full prior to getting started – see Make payment/Getting started section below for more details.

What’s Needed

Provide us with pictures, text, logo and anything else that you want included on your site and we will take care of the rest.  Text should be in word format. Examples of sites/designs that you would like to model your site after – if no sample sites/designs our provided our designer will make style and layout choices using best just judgement based on industry best practices.

Also include requested or preferred choice for domain name.

Note: We are able to provide minor image editing services (cropping, resizing, small touch ups, text overlays) but do not provide logo design or image development services.

We do not provide email services but depending on your need we recommend various 3rd party options

ImprovMX – Free Email Alias that forwards to the email address of your choice 

Zoho Mail – free hosted webmail with upgrade options available

JotForm – free hosted contact form services

Sendinblue – free smtp email with upgrade options available

Mailgun.com or Amazon SES – for affordable bulk email sending

Hosting & Domain Name

Our highly optimized and secure managed hosting includes free domain name and free courtesy updates (minor text and image updates), free SSL at a cost of $9.99 per month.

 If you would like to utilize your own server/domain name we can still help to create your web presence but our discounted rates do not apply – please contact us for our hourly development rates.

Additional Details

Our 5 page, $99 offer does not include custom programming or ecommerce – if these services are required please contact us for a custom project quote.  Additional pages can be included at a cost of $25 per page. Free Domain Name For Life offer is not valid if you cancel your hosting services with us.
